At Barking and Baking, every treat is freshly made and tailored to your order. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy to ensure the highest quality and safety for all our furry customers.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any of our products, including cakes, cupcakes, and biscuits, as they are perishable and made to order.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable to orders with a deposit.
- To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
- Deposits for orders canceled within less than 3 days of the pick-up date are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
Shipping & Pick-Up
- We currently do not offer shipping.
- All orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location.
