from passion
Barking and Baking began with a childhood dream and a heart full of love for animals. After earning a degree in Animal Science in Brazil and working hands-on with animals in zoos and the pet care industry, I moved to Australia ready to bring a lifelong vision to life: a place where dogs aren’t just looked after—they’re truly loved.
Starting my own daycare came with challenges, but also with so much joy. Today, Barking and Baking is a happy, home-like space where dogs can safely play, rest, and be their goofy, tail-wagging selves.
From cozy nap corners to supervised playtime, we offer personalized care for every pup—because your dog deserves the same love and attention they get at home (maybe even more!).

My French Bulldog, Nala, is always eager to return, which speaks volumes about the positive environment they've created.
